“Perot’s third party “real” alternative worked so well, the Clinton’s would just love to see it again.”

This is often repeated without context.

Bush 1 sucked at unifying his own party. He broke his explicit word and raised taxes. His failure as a candidate opened the door for Perot.

Those who voted for Perot, after his “I put one foot in. I take one foot out...”, manuever, were likely not enthused about Bush or they never would have left.

Ditto: Dole, RINOmney, McLame.

If this new nomination is another lame RINO candidate, Trump will not be the problem. The problem is that the Republican Party does not want its conservative base. It runs as if it represents them and then governs like the liberal party that it is.

For this reason, the RINO party is falling apart and Trump is welcomed.

How many RINO candidates promised to build a wall?
How many promised to keep us strong?
How many promised to lower taxes?
How many promised to make our country competitive?

There are many, like me, who used to be Republican, but left the Plantation. Conservatives get from the Republican Party about what Blacks get from the Democrat Party.

I’m gone. So are legions of others.

Yes, Clinton actually governed more conservatively than either Bush.
