At a minimum, the attorneyette in question should be sanctioned by her state Bar for her stunt.
At best, she would be disbarred outright.
When I first heard this story I realized that she was using any excuse to gain the upper hand as an attorney. If you have ever worked with attorneys you would not believe the kinds of things some try to get away with.
