The agreement can, but the UN resolution won't be and the money will have all been transferred to Iran. Obama and Kerry are dynamiting the foundations of the US and setting up Israel for an Iranian attack.

Yes. But Iran gets all the good stuff right away. To the extent the agreement constrains Iran in anyway, the next president would just be undoing constraints. Sanctions are lifted on Iran today. Billions are paid to Iran today.

So as a practical matter, Obama got everything he wanted and it doesn’t matter what the next president does. Unless Iran will pay back the billions if our next president voids the ‘agreement’.
