the minute any living person crosses the border—he should be an automatic American Citizen—and a voter. Open the Border to China—let them send 10 Million hard working Chinese! Maybe twenty million to compete with peon labor from Mexico and centeral America. Maybe we could let in 20 million Iraqis (christians) and Copts from Egypt. Wouldn’t American be better with 550 Million new Citizens?
