No nuclear weapons just for the bad guys. Just like gun control. Guns just for the bad guys.
I think that Obama (naively) thinks that if everybody has nuclear weapons, then it will be a MAD (mutually assured destruction) situation for everybody. (I doubt he’s allowing for mental illness possibilities in world leaders. - I think he acts; so thinks all the others do as well.)
So now we know Obama’s true legacy ... nuclear war in the middle East with Israel as the first target ... Rome and NYC next.
