And how the Congress is collaborating
President Obama and other administration officials continue to push their thumb-in-the-eye approach to legal and illegal immigration with a series of unilateral moves that once again reveal their contempt for the American public and the rule of law—when they’re not busy engaging in outright extortion.
The first insult comes courtesy of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This week they “clarified” the requirements necessary for becoming naturalized citizens. The clarification involved modifications to the Oath of Allegiance every would-be citizen must recite. The USCIS determined that two clauses contained in that Oath, as in the promise “bear arms on behalf of the United States” and “perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States” when required by law, are no longer operable.
According to the new guidance, one may be eligible for such modifications based on “religious training and belief, or conscientious objection arising from a deeply held moral or ethical code.” Such religious training does not require one “to belong to a specific church or religion, follow a particular theology or belief, or to have had religious training in order to qualify.” Furthermore, one while one may submit some sort of documentation to that effect if they choose to do so, one is not required to provide “an attestation from a religious or other type of organization, as well as other evidence to establish eligibility.” In short, if you wish to eschew any commitment to serve in a military or nonmilitary capacity, you are free to do so based on nothing more than simply stating you have a religious or conscientious objection.
This guy just loves to rattle the cage every day doesn’t he? Someday that 800 lb gorilla is going to reach through those bars and grab his scrawny neck...
Just keep on doubling down. Someday the wager will be so big that nobody will take it.
And if that doesn’t work, scoop up the loose money and kick over the table before bolting for the door.
Not even a 2 x 4 upside the head will sway a mule from what it does..
Either one of two things will happen: Obama will utterly destroy the country, or Obama is setting the stage for a conservative dynasty that will roll back the destruction he has caused.
