Not an expert, but I think this is incorrect.
The firm, AFAIK, does not sell individual organs, but rather organs processed to provide certain types of cells.
The price range is for different types of cells and different quantities. A great many individual livers would go into producing some of these items available for purchase.
If that’s incorrect, I’d appreciate being corrected.
