Place your bets: I got a sixer that says Donald Trump doesn't make it to the end of the year

I think you give Hillary too much credit. If she hadn’t married Bill she’d be retired or a mid-level attorney at some medium level law firm or government agency. She’s not even in the same league as Ted Cruz.

The ONLY thing I like about Trump is that he is making the media return to the days where you did not have to speak as though you were reciting pi to the fiftieth degree.

You and I can hear him and understand what he means. I like how he dumps on the current crop of diaper wearing idiots running. I like how he doesn’t have to worry about offending a donor.

I think he would be a horrible Presidnt.

I worked in the corporate world for thirty years. Recently I have been doing a lot of volunteer work for the local Emergency Prep Departments. Watching the government work is painful after working for a profit.

I sincerely think Trump would be stomping his feet and demanding things get done. All the while, the Fed workers around him would simply go at their own pace and not get anything done.

And who would work for him?

He might have the best ideas in the world, but he has to start presenting some solutions. Waving your fist in the air works in Central America and Havana.

“Trump will last as long as Jeb and the GOPE need him to, in order to keep those pesky conservatives distracted.”

Your comments on Trump are consistently inane.

“He may be comfortable in front of the cameras, but the man is a political infant. Get him into a debate and he will make Governor Mumbles Rick Perry look like a seasoned veteran.”

How you can be so politically offbase yourself so consistently is something to behold. Trump is a verbal master of the trade.

Here’s a suggestion for you baglady. Try focusing on the issues and not other posters.

IMHO their Pinot Noir is the best value of any of the pinot wines I have tried. Not the best, but by far the best for the buck.

“Mop the floor with guys on issues they are familiar with and he is not? lol! Believe that if you want but I don’t think so.”

Number 1, a whole lot of the overpopulated field of Pub candidates are politically ill informed too, or are on the WRONG side of the issues. And you think The Donald isn’t going to prepare for these debates beforehand? How politically naive are YOU? Also, beware the photographic memory; The Donald has one. He will not only be prepared, he will parry and thrust and the other candidates know that.

“I hope that Trump can stay in the race as long as he can physically and emotionally. Remember, he is not a young man anymore, so his grueling campaign schedule may be too much for him.”

He’s not exactly ancient; he’s 69. Supposedly he sleeps about 5 hours a nite, as he thinks too much sleep is wasted time, and that he can sleep when he is dead. I think he’ll do just fine both physically and mentally.

Firstly, thank you for focusing on the issues.

As for "The Donald" holding his own in a world that is 100% foreign to him, prepared or not, we shall see.

“I’m in.

I don’t drink beer, send AW Root Beer instead.”

Take a look at this website. They have rootbeer galore!

My favorite root beer is Thomas Kemper. It makes A&W look like Kool-Aid.

Remember what President Reagan did to air traffic controllers during the PATCO strike?

Trump could do the same.

I believe Bernie Sanders is about 4 or 5 years older than Don Trump.

*****

I don't like Sanders' political views, but I hope that he remains healthy through the long, difficult campaign.

Herman Cain was fated to fail as a presidential candidate. Remember his vacuous and meandering responses to a reporters questions on the Middle East? Cain had not done his homework nor had his team properly prepared him for one to one interviews. I think Cain was wrongly torpedoed by all those ‘Ginger White’ type characters, but eventually, his lack of world knowledge would have been fully exposed to all. Now, all the Ginger Whites are trying to join class action suits about Bill Cosby.

Trump’s 2 sons and his daughter have been groomed to manage the businesses exactly as Dad would. He’ll entrust it to them. He has set everything else aside to do this as the capper of his career.

As Trump has said several times now, “Making America great again is more important than my business.”

I don’t doubt that he would for a second.

But let’s look at the VA— he could fire all of the political appointees. But the civil service folks would not move any faster than necessary.

Personally, it would be interesting to work directly for the guy. I doubt he is as much of an a-hole behind closed doors. But I will bet he doesn’t suffer fools easily.

I’ll admit it, I haven’t tasted but a few root beers in my life.

For me, A&W brings back memories that others can’t possibly do.

Buy some Thomas Kemper and it’ll improve those memories! I’m very serious. The first time I can remember trying root beer was as Six Flags Great Adventure not very long after they opened. It was a root beer float I’ll never forget. Any time I drink TK I always think of that time.
