Last night, The Washington Post reported that Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus called
Now, Trump disputed some of the reporting, of course, saying that Priebus at worst gently nudged him.
Well, on Fox News this afternoon, Gretchen Carlson called out Priebus and the RNC, defending Trump and saying, “The last people who should be telling him to simmer down on his messaging are those who haven’t yet figured out how to message.”
She said the GOP has done a poor job of messaging in the past few years, constantly losing to President Obama, and so said the RNC shouldn’t be pressuring Trump to stop just yet.
“How does the RNC know who’s really going to resonate with the American people,” she asked, “when, in my mind, they haven’t even figured out how to message yet?”

The RNC’s message is that Republicans should vote for amnesty and 30 million new Democrat voters.
It’s no wonder Trump is resonating. The citizens have been crying out for a champion for years to stop the illegal alien inundation.
The RNC’s job has been to frustrate those voters.

Trump always says I can win. It is in the way he talks and does things and he is selling the voters on the idea that they can win too. People love this.
The other candidates of either party are selling nothing but defeatism. Even Ted Cruz who is my favorite has a hard time being as enthusiastic as Trump. He is intoxicating.
I hope people continue to underestimate Trump. They might wake one day wondering how he became president.
