I think one thing Trump is doing correctly is ignoring specific details of questions he is being asked.
90% of the questions the GOP contenders will be getting asked will be total BS or a set up; and the bait should not be taken.
In 2012, Juan Williams asked a stupid question about why the majority of blacks oppose the death penalty and whites support the death penalty. They should have used the question to attack affirmative action as being unconstitutional or busing for causing violence.
When is the last time a Democrat answered a direct question?

Seems to me that Trump is doing quite nicely. Bush III, Rubio, Walker, Cruz, and the rest of the crowd seem silenced into obscurity. Cheers to Trump for doing what the other candidates failed to do: speak with clarity and show some guts. Maybe they will either step up or bow out. Trump and Sanders are forcing both parties and candidates to address issues.
He’s still running a more trouble free campaign than Romney & Akin.

Yeah, he says some things conservatives like to hear, but he is unelectable and a distraction from Cruz and Walker, our best candidates. You're "fired" Donald for being a blowhard.

My gut reaction is that Trump’s candidacy will ultimately go nowhere, but I’m constantly reminded of other uber-rich politicians who buck the trend. Given the timidity of most national Republican candidates, who knows?
I say, “enjoy the ride”. Because Trump will soak up all the Democrat energy, I think.
