That’s nice isn’t it? I mean it’s not like law enforcement hasn’t already tarred and feathered all of the accused. Every single one that was arrested.
Yep. LE can discuss the case with the media but those who are accused cannot. More Bizzarro world logic.
Considering that literally, tarring and feathering a person would certainly cause severe physical damage if not death, YES.
1. EVERY SINGLE ONE now has not just an arrest record, but a serious one, I think felony arrest, or arrest for murder ON THEIR RECORDS forever more, even if the charges are dropped. They now have RECORDS, which will taint them in any job interview or application, and will taint their credibility should they be arrested again for exercising their right to free association. PERMANENT SERIOUS damage/punishment has been meted by the government on law-abiding citizens and nothing can undo it.
2. For two weeks at least, these individuals were prevented from going to their homes, jobs, from paying bills, from meeting any of the obligations that people have in the normal course of a normal week or month, and the personal, financial, and professional damage to law-abiding peaceful citizens was PERMANENTLY DEBILITATING.
3. They were ALL required to pay bail of at least thousands of dollars, if not tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, AND to pay steep fees to wear the required ankle monitor. Peaceful, law-abiding citizens were ROBBED AND EXTORTED, nothing more, nothing less.
And the law has ALREADY GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT because regardless of what happens in the next years, all of these people have been permanently and severely punished, BY THE LAW, though they were legal, law-abiding citizens.
They weren't just tarred and feathered -- they were taken out of commission. It's a done deal.
This is seriously scary crap going down.
