Ryan Belching O’s Kool-Aid in America’s face

Obama's Man--RYNO Ryan

‘RYNO’ Paul Ryan is swilling President Barack Obama’s Free Trade Kool-Aid. In fact the second act on Mitt Romney’s failed 2012 presidential ticket is not only swilling the O-flavoured Kool-Aid, he’s belching it in America’s face.

“Before they were allies, they were campaign-trail foes,” writes Lauren Fox of Obama and Ryan on her National Journal story yesterday.

But were Obama and Ryan ever really campaign foes as much as they were deceivers under the skin?

Makes you wonder when Ryan jumped so quickly into the sack with the man who has so radically “fundamentally transformed” America.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership secret negotiations have been going on behind the backs of We the People for six long years—or not long after Obama came into power.

There are SO many “conservatives” buying into this nightmare that it is stunning.

Oligarchy is NOT Capitalism any more than Communism is.

Paul Ryan was the number two man on the designated loser ticket last time around. If he didn’t take a dive in that debate with Joe Biden, he is too stupid to be in office.

They are both globalists, the fact that it is for different reasons is irrelevant. I’m personally of the “God fences make good neighbors” school of thought, we need to preserve our sovereignty. When we stray from this principle, it ends in tears, and war.

We have to have Free Trade Agreements with the world. Nobody is going to open their markets until they have to. What we have right now is free trade and access to our markets and closed markets and tariffs for American producers.

Having said that, I don't trust this president and the secretive way this has proceeded.

I'm fine with pulling MFN on the Chinese (the idea if we trade with them they will become our "friends" as just stupid) and punting the ball down the road a couple years for the next administration.

Crony trade is not free trade. Check the Clintoon Foundation. Increased govt control of internal economics is not progress towards more personal liberty. This deal is extremely likely to be in the wrong direction for the American people.

Would you buy a car without test driving it?

Who in their right mind (pun intended) would vote for legislation that is kept secret? True, our legislators can read it but they can’t take notes, and they can’t make a copy. The reason given is that we don’t want to give away our strategic position.

To hell with that. If I can’t read and digest the material, which would mean having a copy, I certainly wouldn’t vote for it.

Nonsensical question: What’s wrong with Boehner and McConnell?

I guess feudalism is now a conservative concept. At least you can say that it’s traditional.

Those who work, those who fight, and those who PREY.

Giving Obama fast track trade negotiating authority IS arming our enemy with weapons to use against us. This President has proven himself to be an enemy of our nation over and over again. He should be trusted with NOTHING!!!!!

As far as the cloak of secrecy surrounding the TPP treaty, consider the following quote:

“Honest people don’t hide their deeds.” - Emily Bronte, Wuthering Heights

Hint: the stock market is way up today. Could it be their corporate paymasters anticipate victory?

Also could be disintermediation, money flowing from one type of investment to another. Bond prices are falling based on the perception of rising interest rates. Money has to go somewhere.

Exactly!

Traditional. LOL

How exactly did “conservatism” get here? What in the world is it anymore?

And what happens is all of the jobs are outsourced, only HUGE corporations can compete, and the smaller corporations get slaughtered and bought up.

There is no supply and demand, no capitalism here. This is about one thing and one thing only ... cheap labor using non-Americans.

Mega-corporations are well diversified and doing just fine. They don’t need this. This just adds even more profit.
