Illinois still goes thru healthcare.gov. Your link may be just authorization to run a shared marketplace with the Feds.
So what is the difference between a State Exchange, a "State Exchange operated through the federal Healthcare.gov" website, and states that did not build an exchange OR website, thus requiring their citizens to go to the Obamacare website?
Exactly which states will lose their "subsidies?" If I use the map at the link above, that should be any state colored in Blue that will lose their subsidies, correct?
