Executive experience, political courage/ability to win in a hostile environment, fiscal results, and the fact his lack of a college degree drives elites crazy.

That doesn't change the fact he still said something dumb. It's not quite a dealbreaker for me. I understand he wouldn't be able to do it without a complicit Congress. I don't see that happening. Nevertheless, it provides insight to his thinking. To me it's strike one.
