The truth is that I am not demanding more punishment for Josh.
I am however commenting that he has been a sexual predator, and that my sympathy lies with his sisters.
His story hit the news. Other families probably wouldn’t have paraded themselves before television cameras. But they did and the story came out.
I am not going to apologize for being leary of Josh Duggar and worrying about the future consequences his sister my face from what happened.
And while many families handle similar incidents in the same way, so did the Catholic Church.
I will comment on the news as it appears. I will not be silenced by you or anyone else who claims the right to arbitrate what may or may not be commented on.
That simply ignorant comment. A teen will do what he did and it has nothing to do with sex or sexual attraction to a minor.
And, utterly idiotic to compare 14-year old to adult priest. There is huge difference between an adult pedophile and a young teen that behaves that way in most cases. That's why we have greater punishments for adults than children.
