Sorry to hear this about Texas Tech. My only connection with it has been their Vietnam archives, and their Vietnam seminars. I gave a paper at one of them.

It would seem that a student charged with any offense under her tenure in office has abundant grounds for a civil suit, as well as grounds to press for prosecution under U.S. Code in that she used her official position to deny a citizen his civil rights “under color of law.”

That point would be completely lost on people like the woman in the story. They cannot ever see themselves in the supplicant position.

Absolutely. I’m sure I read somewhere about her propensity for child molestation. We can just put her in jail for the safety of everyone. No need for a trial.

Amy Murphy is a freaking freak, most base stupid a$$. I never want to meet up with anyone this stupid, face to face. I think we should have trial for Amy without the injustice of the constitution!
