There has not been a councilperson or mayor that was a Republican in Baltimore since 1939.
That is over 75 years.
The police force is majority black. The mayor is black, and all but one councilperson.
The city administration is majority black.
How can this possibly be the fault of anyone other than Black Democrats?
If the people of Baltimore want someone to blame, take a look in the mirror.
They’ll blame it on “White Flight.”
What??? Shouldn’t there be the expectation of using common sense and logic regardless of who benefits from or suffers as a result of any political party’s policies? Individuals of adult age should all be expected to behave in a civil manner or else face the consequences!...Unless they suffer from some form of birth defect and the color of one’s skin is not a birth defect.

Yep, I’m thinking them plus up the food chain all the way to Obama and Holder and you can throw both Clintons in as well. Now that I think about it you can go all the way back to Johnson who said with enough giveaways they (blacks) would be voting democrat for the next 200 years.
That’s the problem,the Government is the daddy,it provides the rent,the food,the education,so what does she need a daddy for besides a little fun to produce another dependent for daddy Government to provide for.
The average the Government provides for a single Mom with 2 kids is 35,000 a year.

Actually, they are much worse today.
We lost the War on Poverty many years ago - about the same time it was passed. It was a hopeless cause to start with because it dealt with the problems from exactly the wrong premises using exactly the wrong methods.
It was doomed to fail. But on the bright side (for the Democrats) LBJ was right. Over 95% of blacks are now owned by the Democrats and live on their plantations as slaves and don't even realize who is holding the ends of their chains. Now that is "progress"!
