The lawless Attorney General’s perfect successor

In a move destined to leave a bitter taste in the mouths of many Americans, the GOP-controlled Senate confirmed Loretta Lynch, currently U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, as United States Attorney General.

The 56-43 vote occurred after a delay of more than five months, and Lynch was put over the top when 10 Republicans broke ranks with their colleagues to confirm Eric Holder’s successor. Those Republicans are Kelly Ayotte (NH), Orrin Hatch (UT), Lindsey Graham (SC), Susan Collins (ME), Jeff Flake (AZ), Mark Kirk (IL), Rob Portman (OH), Thad Cochran (MS), Ron Johnson (WI) and Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell (KY). “Today, the Senate finally confirmed Loretta Lynch to be America’s next Attorney General—and America will be better off for it,” said President Obama in a statement.

Good thing we have a Republican controlled senate! The amnesty thing, this, wow those guys are taking the mandate we gave them and just running with it. And you thought they were a pile of RINO, chamber of commerce meat puppets who don’t care about you!

I’m kinda glad she was approved. Now we got that “first black woman” thing out of the way. We’ve elected a LOT of people lately because they were the the first black, woman, homosexual, goat, etc. for office regardless of their qualifications. If we survive it, we won’t have to worry about that being a deciding factor so much any more.

Of course, I don’t think we will survive it...

If we are lucky to get a Republican President in 2016 start the firing and start with her.

Gardner
Hatch
Roberts

Cochran
Ayotte
Graham

Kirk
Johnson
Collins

Everyone should remember these names and primary them out. They are Democrats in R jerseys advancing the left’s agenda under the guise of being Republicans.

These Senators voted for cloture or to approve a nomine who testified that federal laws mean nothing.

RE: The “New” U.S. Attorney General - Things will continue exactly as they would have if Eric Holder had simply undergone “gender reassignment” surgery and changed his name...

It makes me wonder why a Republican would even begin to consider confirming this Eric Holder clone after what we have seen by way of lawless behavior over the past six years. The only thing I could come up with (in my cynical mind) is that these Senators all have something to hide, and know that an ethical AG would actually begin investigations/prosecutions. Either that, or they completely approve of the status quo.

The reason is irrelevant. They did it, and they are toast.

Who is going to stop them?

Obama knew what he was doing when he picked a black woman--he knew enough Republicans would be afraid of being called racists and would cave and vote for her.

As the saying goes, never count your Hatch before he chickens.

Yeah, good luck with that. The Republicans there now are wusses and evidently dumb as owl shit. They gain some power then just bend over.
I’ve lost all hope.

I was really wondering whether the supposed conservative Jeff Sessions was going to go along with this vote as well as he did with Lynch’s predecessor, in addition to slobbering praise.

Am more interested in what was in it for them - what were they supposed to get for going along with this. Cui bono.
