That’s a classic example. The business is still “private”, owned by stockholders, and they are not government employees.
Yet, the business is being run for the state, to achieve state goals. That’s fascism. Communism is where it becomes state auto factory number 8, and they get a GS payscale.
Either way though, its socialist.
