The school shooting book was voluntarily taken out of print due to the annual crimes occurring in real life. I am not sure about the actual novel called running man (suicide hijacker).
He wrote evil crap that infected young minds....then lol and behold (age 45 or so) he got seriously injured when a lo-IQ driver hit SK as he walked along a Maine country road minding his own business. This injury really got to SK. In his mind too.
