All the liberals will be all for this as long as it’s the Kochs who pay the money. They’ll be livid when they discover that everyone of them will have to pay a little, too. But it’ll still be the republicans’ fault.

Reparations were paid in the blood of the 620,000 white men who died to make the black man free. to pay the black man today would be an insult to those who died.
My first reaction: “Where would Chicago get $5.5 million to throw down the bottomless pit of race reparations? Isn’t Chicago broke, busted, flat on their @$$ like Detroit, and the entire state of California?”
I would like our CHAMPION Hillary to come out in 100 percent support of Reparations for Blacks,it should be a mandatory tax deduction from all white folk pay checks
Per capita, what percentage of welfare goes to blacks vs whites? They are already being paid. And why do blacks still need welfare after all these years?
Just hang a “We accept EBT cards” poster outside of most any bodega or local “stop n puke” convenience store you might buy. Not too difficult to get into that business.
The largest number are not black. However, looking at percentages on entitlements for each race’s total number is a different story.

Okay, but usually per capita as a category means of total population - average person out of the total population.
I guess it could also extend down into racial groups, but most times I’ve seen it used refers to individuals of the ‘whole’......
It ends up making not much difference - they are disproportionately represented on entitlement roles as a percentage of their racial group.

Chicago’s reparations proposal is in and of itself racist: It only applies to BLACK victims of Burge, and does not apply to Burge’s WHITE victims.
They won’t leave,and no sane country on the planet would accept them.
