“Enough games!” – Ted Cruz promises to keep fighting for benefits of Fort Hood soldiers
TheRightScoop ^ | 4/10/2015 | Rightscoop

Today the Fort Hood soldiers who were wounded in the 2009 terrorist attack, the one that the Obama administration insisted on classifying as workplace violence, will finally receive the Purple Hearts that they so deserve. However they won’t be receiving the financial benefits from the pentagon that go along with it and that’s something Ted Cruz calls outrageous and indefensible. Cruz says the Secretary of Defense will be hearing from him and he promises to keep fighting to ensure these wounded veterans get the money they are supposed to receive with the Purple Heart.

Obama will do anything to keep from admitting that his pressure on the military to ignore jihadists in their midst caused the massacre at Ft Hood.

Millions of $$$$ going to illegals in America, Defector scumbag Bergdahl might get his $200,000 in back pay and Pvt. Manning’s sex change is paid for by the U.S. taxpayer, but the Ft. Hood veterans get NOTHING? Something VERY wrong here.

Oh look! A shiny thing! Why doesn’t Ted show up for his Senate Armed Services Committee meetings where issues like this are actually dealt with? He only made 3 out of 16.

I’m thankful TED CRUZ is on this...

Stormer, where is this particular piece of information at?...Can you verify with proof he only attended 3 of 16 meetings? I’m doubting a little but if you have proof I will believe you.

But then, of course, you would have to believe HuffPo and Politico, right? They supposedly quoted Senator Cruz, right? Is that believable? I do not know. I’m simply asking.

Are you yet another Cruz-hater?

Man ... stormer, you gotta be kidding! Just a few days ago on a different thread you were talking about how a renowned and accomplished mycologist you know, thinks professional wrestling is real! How could anybody so smart be so dumb, right?

EVERY MEMBER of the Senate Armed Services Committee, let alone every Republican, should be aggressively calling down thunder on Obama's insulting and dangerous precedent of calling what happened at Fort Hood "workplace violence." The Senate meetings and Cruz' attendance there are the shiny objects, stormer, and the Huffington Post puts them out there for folks to grab.

Frankly, I would rather see Cruz put his time where it has the better long-term chance of helping America, so if to pursue that he skips such committee meetings where he should at least be redundant, that's okay by me.

I have no reason to doubt their numbers - I find Politico generally neutral - and by that I mean offensive to everybody. And if it weren’t true, I would expect something out of the more right leaning media to dispute it - it’s the dog that didn’t bark.

God Bless him! I knew Cruz could be counted on to step up on this, after all the hard work he did to get the Purple Heart status for them.
