The mother is youong, and it looks like she will survive. However, we have no prognosis whether she will ever be able to bear another child after undergoing “non-elective surgery” by an unskilled hand! Surely there are charges that could be brought against the perp for changing this woman’s life forever.

Scott Peterson’s attorney is appealing his conviction of murder for his son because he hadn’t been born yet. I hope the appeal is dismissed.
