The small coffee shop served as a very different backdrop than the hustle and bustle of an average day in the life of Kelli Ward. As she took her seat at a corner table in the room to the sound of an occasional espresso order being called out by the young baristas behind the counter, she seemed very calm, but excited at the same time. After all, a United States Senate race is definitely something to be excited about.
I actually own one of those fancy espresso machines, she said before explaining how she had never used it given her hectic schedule away from home. With two teens, one still in high-school and another recently graduated, the Ward house wouldnt appear much different than any other in the small, rural Arizona town we decided to meet in for a cup of coffee that afternoon. For the Ward family, that could all change very quickly if the Arizona State Senator decides to take on the biggest political challenge of her career John McCain.
I never really thought that I was going to run for office, she said. Coming from an accomplished woman who, as a high-schooler, had been elected president of the National Honor Society and was voted Most likely To Succeed, this seemed far from the truth. But it was a different area of politics that she was involved in as a young adult medical politics, an area she says she has always been active in since the time she was a medical student at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, A.T. Still University, and Duke University.

*Possible McQueeg challenger ping*
Interesting. And good to hear that she recognizes that we need a single strong conservative challenger so as not to permit McCain to squeak by with 38% in the primary.
Gosh, just when McShame is about to don his Most Conservative Senator Ever suit, too.
Godspeed to Kelli Ward, should she decide to run against him. She sounds good, so far....even better than his other potential contender, Matt Salmon.
Definitely a breath of fresh air over the stale McLame, not to mention a solid conservative. Also happy to see that McLame’s machine doesn’t scare her one bit. McLame, you should be scared, very scared.

“Why does someone attend three different schools of osteopathy?”
Beats me! I’m an accountant.
If you have time to post here in March, you must not be a tax accountant ;-)
You’re right. I’m not.
Watch for McCain to conduct a scortched earth campaign against Ward. Same as he did to J.D. Hayworth in 2010.
Sign the “Arizona, please FIRE John McCain” letter:

Why does someone attend three different schools of osteopathy?
...She attended Duke University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. She worked as an environmental chemist in Florida for a year and credits her co-workers with strengthening her Republican/Conservative values by introducing her to talk radio. Kelli attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated with her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree in 1996. She completed her Family Medicine Residency training in Garden City, Michigan.

Money quote, run on it.
What do you call an 80-year old Senator ? You call him home.
Sound familiar old man?
Little by little, we, the real conservatives, will rid the senate and the house with all these RINOS. I can name a couple that we could get rid of; LINDSEY GRAHAM & that one in Tennessee with a funny name. Just think, if we had 60 “TRUE CONSERVATIVES” to the like of TED CRUZ in the 2017 term.
