There was a poll released not long ago that showed nearly 70% of Wisconsin folks favored RTW. That may have had an “influence” on him. Regardless, he will sign it when presented to him. Hopefully, by weeks end. Assuming union “rallies” don’t burn down the Capitol...Tuesday/Wed. should be interesting!
