It's not sovereign tribal land.
They don't get any special property investment rights outside of their treaty tribal lands.

hey why not seeing as the feds don’t bother enforcing their own drug laws or marriage law etc . Might as well threaten and break laws ourselves then. Do you want fedgov to start enforcing federal laws concerning prescriptions drugs from Canada?
