Especially the old style (apple head). They’ve become an endangered species, and I prefer them. The breeders seem to only breed the real skinny headed cats now. My old apple head (Oscar) passed away almost five years ago, now. He was 17 years, 8 months. I doubt I’ll ever find another apple head in the rest of my lifetime. :(

The appleheads are the ones with the strong, stockier bodies, right? I agree with you...I prefer them over the very skinny ones.

I’ll bet Oscar was a beauty.

Here's my source. Great lady that has blessed me with two great cats (one now gone). I also have a rescue from siamese rescue.

I’m seeing apple - headed Siamese again. Right now I have a Snowshoe. He has an apple head, a very long lean body and has seal point markings except he has four white paws and a white blaze and a white chest like a tuxedo cat. He is a very handsome guy.

If you look in the back of Cat Fancy magazine, you’ll see ads for apple head Siamese.

Don’t ask me how I know this.... ;0)
