Tyner, originally from South Carolina, had been released from the Metropolitan Detention Center on burglary and arson charged on Jan. 27.

I guess burglary and arson aren't enough to keep him locked up. Who do they keep in jail these days?

Yeah, less than a week “out” and he is back at his same old vocation.

A good investigative reporter would dig up the names of the people who let him go, and check out how often these people have made these mistakes.

Stuff like this will continue until those people who work in the shadows - judges and parole boards - are outed each time a travesty like this committed. Those who are elected are thrown out, those who are appointed have their elected sponsors thrown out.

Ah, perchance to dream.
