What the police need to do is refuse to answer any call for police services in any area that a bunch of those operate, and, in addition, keep them confined to the Black community.
Depends on the cops I suppose. Down here in southern NJ where I live in some places you get smart with cops, they don’t give a hoot what your politics are. You’ll get your head handed to you if you start mouthing off.
