The only type of "reparations" that would actually change anything is to give each black (more than 50% negroid genes) person a white (less than 50% negroid genes) indentured slave to go out and get a job and turn over their paychecks to them each week.
Just giving them money or property won't work because they will just piss it away and we will be right back where we started from in five years.
