At this point I question whether it would be forcing the country (in reality individual states) against their will. I rather suspect that if referendums were held on this subject it would pass most states. I agree the Supreme Court has no business overturning state laws on this subject. However, what can we expect from a godless supreme court upholding an equally godless constitution?

the vast majority of states have had votes on the subject and homo marriage was rejected overwhelmingly.

in florida, we passed a state constitutionally against it... and a single federal judge is trying to over thrown and ignore the will of people
