Governor Jindal's speech is, perhaps, the most significant foreign policy speech by a prominent American since Ronald Reagan.

Jindal understands what America is; he understands the vital importance of freedom, security and truth.

I fear that few in the US will be exposed to his words.

But this is an important speech.

It also probably means that he's running for President. And he just became a formidable contender.
