My wording is correct. The federal government was only created to perform defense and foreign affairs duties.
Anything beyond that is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Well, you need to include the actual enumerated powers that were delegated to the feds by the Constitution as well as certain powers the Constitution forbids the states. The feds were given more that those two items, although those carry the bulk of it.
