Are the waivers just to keep them/their employer from having to purchase through the system? I thought the insurance changes applied to all policies whether or not purchased through the website system. ???
There are different kinds of waivers, and what they do is explained in the articles at the links. I don’t think any employers were given a permanent waiver from purchasing insurance.
