The problem with that idea is... if you want a designer one, you are going to have to let them chop off the one you’ve got first.
I don’t think too many guys would be keen on that part of the procedure.
I believe that before enhancement will come replacement and then perhaps augmentation. For example, replace damaged lungs. Then as technology improves, enhance lung capacity for extraction of oxygen from thin atmospheres or perhaps even gills to extract oxygen from water.
