No I don’t think men are generally evil. It is just my observation from patronizing many different shops in California. The owner sits around and counts the money while the ladies tend to the calloused, sweaty American can feet. I tip well and hope they get to keep it.

I tip ALL the service industries well. Always have.
Men have half their mother's genes and how those genes come into play depends a lot on upbringing and values. But, you know that.

At Li Wah restaurant in Cleveland, there’s one waitress who knows me and always serves me. At the end of my meal, I always engage her in small talk, and then shake her hand, whilst slipping her a tightly folded bill. Always get great service!
