I think we need to work to understand ourselves better. Humanity is strong because we are adaptable, and because we are adaptable we will have differences, there is nothing wrong with that. We should be more respectful and learn to play to our strengths, adaptation is one of those strengths.
To deny an asset, and the flexibility of humanity to be able to exist almost anywhere on earth is a huge asset, is to do us all disrespect and disservice. It might make the accounting easier to say we are all interchangeable units of human capital, but thats lazy wishful thinking contrived by some philistine who is missing the point that we are capable of so much more than being cogs in someone’s machine.
