While signing the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) in September of last year, Secretary of State John Kerry...From a legal standpoint, what did that accomplish? Absolutely nothing. Treaties must be approved by the US Senate and this one has not been. (And most likely will not be.)

He signed it; but the U.S. Senate must Ratify it to make it official and legal....unless THEY bend over and grab their ankles like they just did with the $1.1 Trillion budget.
