It has everything to do with this debate. You’re a winner and it all starts at the local level, with support from a majority of the public. That’s how real, permanent change occurs. When did you start your change? When you say “we control the local GOP” at what level is that and how conservative was the area when you started?

In 2006 I was feed up with the GOP for not closing the border and jacking up spending. So I stopped the support.

Then when the state GOP took a electoral vote from Santorum and gave it to Romney after the vote I gave up on the state GOP. Then I decided that I would run as a delegate to stop this crap of changing rules after the vote.

We contacted a bunch of conservatives in the area and took the majority of the delegate positions in our area. We are the largest voting district in the first congressional district in the state. We took 18 of the 25 state delegate spots in that district.

We live in a conservative area with our major city being liberal. It goes dem most of he time but is over run by the conservative outer areas and goes republican. Problem is that it is riddled with RINO’s. We are working to change that locally and across the first congressional district.

I believe that next election we will swing our district fully conservative and get all 25 delegate spots and take complete control of the local GOP. I think we can also take some of the other districts surrounding us in the first congressional district.

Instead is knocking door to door house to house for he RINO’s we are finding delegates to take back control of the state GOP.

Perfect. Run for local municipal, school, library, etc. boards as well. That’s where it’s going to happen.

We have people doing that. It is harder because of the RINO’s fighting us. So we are flushing them out of the party now. Hope is we can keep people in positions that are not on the ballot. Positions like regents at the colleges, lieutenant governor, state attorney general. These are all appointed by the delegates who are elected. They get voted in at the general election but are pointed for that election.

We have a real bad time with the RINO’s withholding support for conservatives. So this is what we are working on. As well as organizing the conservatives.

Problem is we need the rino’s to win elections. So we have to educate them why conservative ideas work. Most want to compromise and that is not what is needed. But they will be easier to get on our side than the dems. So we need to keep conservatives from attacking them so they are not alienated from us. We are starting with the rino’s really really pissed after the last election when we booted a lot of them.

Takes time and education like I said.
