I wasn’t sure.
The Thanksgiving nor’easter knocked out power for days at my son’s house.
We just got nailed Wednesday with another one here in NYS.
It’s been an active weather season.

We lost power around 4pm. So what. We drove to downtown and ate at the Panda Express as hey cook with propane. The restaurant lost their sign in the high winds. Then we went to meet some people and afterward drove home. Arrived about 8:30pm. Power came back by 9pm.
We disconnected the electric garage-door openers about five years ago, and have never missed them.
That guy in the San Francisco Bay area needs to rethink some things.
