For nearly ten years economic forecaster Martin Armstrong sat in a federal prison.
He had not be charged with any crime. He was never given a trial. They simply arrested him, seized his lifes work, and threw away the key.
Why?
Because according to many in the global trading community he had devised a computer model that was capable of coalescing and analyzing thousands of years of economic, political and financial data. The system he had built was so intelligent that it allowed his firm Princeton Economics to literally predict the rise and fall of entire nations.
Some call it hype. Some call him a crackpot.
Whatever you may believe, the facts are clear. He documented his predictions publicly, once even taking out a full page advertisement in USA Today just weeks ahead of the Savings and Loan crash of 1987 warning of what was to come. Next he pegged the collapse of the Japanese economy. Then the Russian Ruble, the dot-com bubble and the 2008 global economic crash.
Martin Armstrong, it seems, never misses.

Why on the beginning of the Fedzilla’s fiscal year?
On April 15, 2014, there was a total lunar eclipse. It was the first of four consecutive total eclipses in a series, known as a tetrad; a second one took place on October 8, 2014, (the remaining two eclipses will take place on April 4, 2015 and September 28, 2015).
My thought exactly!
Sounds like bull
I assume you are familiar with the Roman Empire....
have you been told of the prophet Joseph Smith..
Have you heard of this little thing called the Roman Empire? It was going strong two thousand years ago.
The chart they show(economic confidence) to make that point looks like a walk in the park. It takes till 2020 for things to get as bad as they show in 2011. And then it rebounds according to the chart. Why put up a chart that does not support the ideal of some big event in October 2015. It only shows a baby event.
Yes, and?
Well i don’t need no computer to predict the future i already can, and it’s not too bright.
Wake me when he can predict the Power Ball numbers...
Depending on with whom one converses, the supposed expiration of the budget authority of the 1.1 trillion budget authorization, the latest compromise spending and borrowing plan being worked out by Boehner and Reid, very late in the 113th Congress, for Fiscal Year, or FY 2015, which magical thinking demands to have started (in a sane world) Oct. 1 2014.
Okay, so he predicts economic disasters, but can’t tell when the Feds are knocking down his doors...
“Thousands of years” of economic data, hard to believe if we can’t even find the Rose Law Firm billing records...
But where does 2015.75 come from?
Well, we'll be 75% done with the calendar year at that point, maybe it's from that.
I thought computers were only as good as the operator? If so, I wouldn’t count on anything good coming of this.
From the article:
“..... He had not be charged with any crime. He was never given a trial. They simply arrested him, seized his lifes work, and threw away the key. ....”
Question:
How can someone get arrested and not be charged with anything?
If there’s no charges, then there’s no trial, but what prompted the arrest?
Something odd here....
Ping out; need background info on this event.
OK I looked at the wiki entry:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_A._Armstrong
Says he was charged with SEC fraud and brought to trial, and put in jail for contempt of court.
Totally different from the article from SHTF plan which says:
” He had not be charged with any crime. He was never given a trial. They simply arrested him, seized his lifes work, and threw away the key.”

Armstrong did get charged with a crime and jailed.
SHTF plan Mac Slavo story left that out.
Makes sense; I am still used to Julian dates from the old days...
