One of his favorite swords was Dhu al-Faqar or “Cleaver of Vertebrae”. When you see this kind of sword on a Jihadist flag, that’s ole Faqar. Muslim legend says that the sword was given to Mohammed by an angel. Actually he looted it in battle or his followers did.

Cheerful story. Nothing to do with Islam of course, except for it involving its prophet and his campaign to convert everyone to Islam by the sword… of which he had a whole bunch.
The sword got passed down to various Muslim Caliphs and rulers until one of them tried to kill a dog with it and it broke. It might have been the obvious design flaw.
So much for the magic sword.
But let’s not be judgmental. It turns out that Mohammed also had the sword of a whole bunch of people.

The Banu Qaynaqa were among the Jews massacred by Mohammed and his murderous thugs. In the twisted mindset of Islam having a sword with a bunch of names of religious figures on it means that you succeed them.

On Wednesday Barack Obama thanked Pope Francis for playing a key role finalizing a deal between the US and Cuba.

It is absolutely preposterous. Pope Francis have done nothing to pursue the freedom of thousands of Cuban political prisoners languishing in Castro’s dungeons, but he is pressuring U.S. to free all the murderous Islamic terrorists imprisoned in Gitmo, a jail with accommodations that rival many 4 starts resorts.
I wonder if Francis is going to offer refuge to the Islamic peace loving terrorists in the Vatican.
After 23 years suffering torture and humiliations in Castro’s political dungeons, Cuban writer and poet, Armando Valladares recalled: “During those years, with the purpose of forcing us to abandon our religious beliefs and to demoralize us, the Cuban Communist indoctrinators repeatedly used the statements made by some representatives of the American Christian churches.
