Perhaps the time has come for all good black Americans to change their leaders; their Sharptons, their Jacksons and others by replacing the latter for true leaders that attend to the persisting problems that plague black communities
At approximately 8:15 p.m., on Monday, November 25th, 2014, St. Louis County prosecuting attorney Robert McCulloch began his news conference at a courthouse in Clayton, Mo., by expressing his sympathies for Michael Browns family, noting that they lost a loved one to violence. On August 9th, Brown had been shot dead by police officer Darren Wilson, presumably, while using justifiable deadly-force in the line of duty as he defended himself from a life-threatening attack by Brown, pursuant to the latter committing a strong-arm robbery just minutes prior to his killing.
In the long-awaited conference to deliver the grand jurys verdict on officers Wilson probable cause for a criminal indictment, a nation-wide audience listened as Mr. McCulloch went out of his way in explaining the events leading to Browns shooting, while at the end, making the announcement that the 12-member grand jury panel secretly charged with rendering the final judgment, had made their decision to acquit officer Darren Wilson on all five indictment alternatives, to wit: first-degree murder, second-degree murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter or no charges at all. To be sure, in this last instance, [no charges], the decision also meant that officer Wilson was justified in shooting the decedent for fear of his life and/or acting in self-defense.

The video I saw does not show Michael Brown committing “strong arm robbery.” It shows him shoving a store owner and threatening him after grabbing some merchandise to which he and the gimmeefreeshit-or-death types feel themselves to be entitled.
BTT
In my State that’s pretty much the definition of strong arm robbery.
There are people who insist that the video shows Brown paying for the cigars and just taking them with him. Why he roughs up the guy remains unexplained.
I just looked it up - “strong arm robbery” - and fairly well stand corrected.
Brown was practically lifting little Mr. Patel off the ground, wasn’t he? Wasn’t Mr. Patel holding on to his shirt collar to prevent it from being used to choke him?
No problem. Here in IL the use of physical force without a weapon (gun, knife, club, etc) is pretty much classified as strong arm.
Your screen name reminds me that Mrs L and I need to schedule another Three Floyds run. Thanks.

I beleive Dorian testified they stole them.
Bottom line, this is a gangbanger family made to look like the cosby huxtables, well before the allegations
