Nope, nothing about food, drugs, or environment.

Those are properly police functions of the States.

yes, but tyranny has its own rules and needs —
First, rules do not apply to the gov’t
Second, the gov’t needs healthy slaves (this same thing was noted by European press during the 1930s when comparing the average young German with his/her English counterpart).

I checked my state constitution and there is nothing in there about food, drugs or the environment either.
