The big question is whether or not the votes are there for a Veto override.
My bet is that Keystone will end up on Obama’s desk and he will veto it for some BS we need to study it more reasons. I doubt there will be enough Democrat votes in the Senate for an override. This was just a ploy to help sweet cheeks in Louisiana in her faultering reelection campaign
