WTI has now dropped over $2 today with December futures trading below $75 for the first time in over 4 years... "unequivocally good news" right?

Well, kiss the sales of Volts, Priii, and Leafs g'bye...

Where are all those libs who were screaming PEAK OIL!!!! to justify Democrat Green Cronyism now??

At these prices, I will save $50 a month on gas (IF they filter down from the refiners).

Which will more than offset the $150 increase in my health insurance.

OH WAIT.....

Well, in my experience, the local suppliers are slower in responding to dropping fuel prices than they are to rising.

Still, I’m hoping to see lower oil and gas bills.

And maybe even lower wood pellet bills, since they’ll be seeing more competition from the oil companies.

The only guys who are unhappy are Obama and his gang of greenie leftists.

It’s priced below the profit line of domestic oil.

I'm unhappy as it will slow down drilling and/or production down here in Oil Patch City, and my energy stocks in my 401K. And NM revenues from production will similarly decrease making legislators unhappy in the upcoming session -- they were already making plans to spend the dollars.
