They do have a trust set up & all the medical proxies. Although, my mom prior to my 86 yo (at the time) dad was going into surgery, she wanted to rescind his DNR order, should it have come into play. She wants, what she wants, when she wants it. My sister has some type of financial POA for them.

If everything is in place then you, your sister, or whoever has the poa’s just need to have the guts to do what’s right. Whether your parents like it or not. Sounds like you are having a moral conflict vs a paper work one.
