NBC Local Crew Stumbles Across FEMA Camp in NY – Threatened, Chased by Gov’t Contractors

"What if they were private prison contractors (from Wakenhut, or Serco?) Would you still believe this is a tall tale?"

Although the article (not written by NBC) mentions a government contractor, the actual NBC news video never mentions being confronted or chased by a contractor. The only ones filmed confronting the news crew are Corrections personnel and a State Trooper. If the news reporter had actually been chased by a government contractor, don't you think he would have filmed them, and included it in his on-air segment?

By the way, after 9/11, no filming or picture taking is allowed on State property without permission from Albany, and no planes, other than military aircraft are allowed to fly over any prison in NY State.
