Everywhere but the left coast (altho I see that Orange County CA held out), the big cities and resorts, the New England lefty paradises, the DC area, and the mega hispanic and muslim immigrant areas. But what's with Such large swaths in the north parts of Arizona and New Mexico? Also, the northeast pocket of North Carolina?
