It seems corny/trite using that quote, but it really is the way to go. Why beat around the bush?

See my post at #20. I didn’t think that everything I had been taught was a lie, but when I came across a specific thing that I found to be an important, near universal deception, and it was enough to make me stop taking what was fed to me, and to begin looking at certain things on my own.

The problem is, if someone TELLS you that you are being lied to, it is human nature to resist. But when your own mind comes to its own conclusion it is being deceived, it has quite a different effect.
